The album “Consent” is a compilation of songs for the exhilarated, the forgotten and the happy, who free themselves from the shackles of disdainful existence through dance and indulge in the pleasure of the moment.
Over the past weeks, I released one song after the other here. The album had 11 tracks with a total playing time of about 70 minutes.

Consent is not submission. It is not silence. It is negotiation — between signal and noise, body and code, instinct and architecture. On this album, MiDi BiTCH invites us into a space where boundaries blur and agency pulses in every modulation.
Crafted entirely within the modular playground of Bitwig’s Grid, CONSENT unfolds as a dynamic interplay of synthetic textures, fragmented rhythms, and psychoacoustic micro-events. Oscillators speak in dream logic. Filters murmur like half-remembered memories. Control voltage becomes conversation.
Rather than offering closure or resolution, the tracks explore the tension between structure and surrender. Patterns emerge, collapse, and return — not as loops, but as echoes of choice. The listener is never passive: you are asked to consent to the drift, the dissonance, the momentary. This is sonic choreography for inner negotiation.
Inspired by post-structuralist philosophy, radical feminism, and the raw potential of algorithmic art, CONSENT is an invitation to rethink control — not as power over, but as power with. Each sound is a proposition. Each silence, an opportunity.
